Altadena, CA – Injury Hit-and-Run Crash on I-5 N/Sunland Blvd Off-Ramp

Altadena, CA (April 2, 2025) – A hit-and-run accident on the northbound lanes of I-5 near the Sunland Boulevard off-ramp left one person injured on Wednesday afternoon, April 2, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).

Reports indicate that a gray Chevrolet SUV was struck and left stranded on the right shoulder of the off-ramp following the crash. The driver of the other vehicle involved fled the scene before authorities arrived. Emergency responders assessed the involved driver for injuries at the scene, though it remains unclear if they required hospitalization.
