Anaheim, CA – Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Two Vehicles on I-5/Lincoln Ave.

Anaheim, CA (March 31, 2025) – A tragic accident claimed the life of a pedestrian early Monday morning, March 31, on Interstate 5 in Anaheim. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported receiving calls about the incident around 2:03 a.m. on the southbound lanes of I-5, just north of Lincoln Avenue. Witnesses stated that a pedestrian was struck by a large truck while in the middle lanes. Moments later, a Honda Civic also hit the individual. Emergency responders rushed to the scene and confirmed that the pedestrian had sustained fatal injuries. It remains unclear why the person was on the freeway at that hour. Authorities are now investigating whether any additional factors, such as impaired driving or speeding, contributed to the collision.
