Burbank, CA – Injury Traffic Collision on I-5 S/San Fernando Blvd Off-Ramp

Burbank, CA (March 13, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash was reported Friday morning on southbound I-5 at the San Fernando Boulevard off-ramp. The crash, which occurred at 7:45 a.m., involved a gray SUV, a gray Honda sedan, and a big rig. The collision prompted an immediate response from the California Highway Patrol (CHP). Upon arrival, the CHP confirmed that injuries were sustained in the crash. Paramedics were dispatched and assisted those injured. At 7:57 a.m., authorities confirmed that the driver of the big rig had pulled over to the right shoulder just south of Hollywood Way. The Freeway Service Patrol later closed their response to the incident at 8:05 a.m. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
