Capistrano, CA – Two-Vehicle Wreck on I-5 N/El Toro Rd On-Ramp Leaves Injuries

Capistrano, CA (May 7, 2025) – A two-vehicle accident involving a brown Nissan Altima and a white BMW occurred on the northbound I-5 at the El Toro Road westbound on-ramp on May 7th. The collision caused the BMW to face the wrong way on the on-ramp, posing a hazard to incoming traffic. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded promptly to the scene. Upon arrival, CHP officers found both vehicles on the right shoulder of the on-ramp. Emergency medical services assessed the occupants, and one individual was reported to have sustained injuries requiring transport to a local hospital.
