Coalinga, CA – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 N/Fresno-Coalinga Rd On-Ramp

Coalinga, CA (March 30, 2025) – A three-vehicle collision on I-5 North at the Fresno-Coalinga Road on-ramp resulted in injuries on the evening of March 30. The accident, which occurred around 8:19 p.m., involved a black Chrysler Pacifica, a black or gray Subaru, and a gray Toyota RAV4.

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), one of the vehicles may have leaked fluids onto the roadway, creating a potential hazard for other drivers. The crash also partially blocked the #1 lane, leading to traffic congestion in the area. Emergency responders arrived on the scene and provided aid to those injured. At least one individual was assessed on-site for injuries, while others were transported to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
