East L.A., CA – Crash on I-5/Washington Blvd Off-Ramp Leaves Injuries

East Los Angeles, CA (April 8, 2025) – A four-vehicle accident occurred on I-5 South near the Washington Boulevard off-ramp in East Los Angeles on the evening of April 7. The collision occurred around 6:32 p.m., prompting a swift response from California Highway Patrol (CHP) units and tow services. Initial reports confirm that a green semi-truck collided with two other vehicles in the number 2 lane, followed by additional impacts involving a blue Hyundai Sonata, a gray Toyota Camry, a dark-colored pickup truck, and an unidentified fourth vehicle. One party was reported injured, although the severity of injuries is currently unknown. Paramedics arrived on the scene to evaluate the victim and transported them to a local hospital for further treatment.
