Los Angeles, CA – Injuries in Three-Vehicle Crash on I-5 at SR-118 Con.
Los Angeles, CA (April 13, 2025) – A three-vehicle collision on Interstate 5 north at the SR-118 connector in the Los Angeles area resulted in injuries on the morning of April 12. According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash involved a white Toyota Tacoma, a silver SUV, and a black Toyota 4Runner. The vehicles initially blocked the slow lane before being moved to the right shoulder.
The black 4Runner was disabled and required towing, while the other vehicles were deemed drivable. Officers confirmed that parties involved exchanged information at the scene, and no major injuries were reported. However, one person did receive on-site medical attention for minor injuries and was released without hospitalization. Investigations are ongoing to determine whether distraction or lane merging contributed to the crash.
