Los Angeles, CA – Injury Crash on I-5 N Near Los Feliz Blvd

Los Angeles, CA (March 12, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision occurred early Tuesday morning on northbound I-5 near Los Feliz Boulevard, resulting in injuries. The crash, reported around 6:46 a.m., involved a black Honda Civic, a gray pickup truck, and a big rig in the number 3 lane.

Shortly after, the Freeway Service Patrol (FSP) arrived and found one vehicle facing the wrong direction in the number 2 lane, creating further hazards. Emergency responders, including the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) and California Highway Patrol (CHP), were dispatched to the scene. A female occupant in the black Honda Civic was injured, prompting a request for medical assistance.

Due to debris and additional vehicles involved, authorities blocked lanes number 1 and 2 between Glendale and Los Feliz to ensure safety and facilitate emergency response. A flatbed tow truck was called to remove the damaged Honda Civic. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
