Los Angeles, CA – Injury Crash Reported on I-5 N at Penrose St Off-Ramp

Los Angeles, CA (March 13, 2025) – A traffic collision occurred on March 13 on northbound I-5 at the Penrose Street off-ramp, according to California Highway Patrol (CHP) logs. CHP units responded to the scene, where two vehicles were found on the right-side embankment. The crash was reported around 4:20 a.m., with a female occupant sustaining injuries among the occupants involved. The extent of the injuries, if any, is currently unknown.  Tow services were requested, with Jon’s Towing dispatched at 4:40 a.m. As a result of the crash, the Penrose off-ramp was temporarily closed for 20-30 minutes while authorities worked to clear the scene. Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
