Los Angeles, CA (April 18, 2025) – On Friday night, April 18, a serious three-vehicle crash on southbound Interstate 5 near the Interstate 710 connector left multiple people injured and prompted an emergency response from local agencies. According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 10:17 p.m. and involved a white Kia Forte, a gray Lexus, and an unidentified third vehicle. The collision blocked several middle lanes and resulted in one vehicle—a black Toyota Supra—becoming disabled in the slow lane with its hazard lights flashing. One of the parties was reported crying and visibly shaken, with another standing on the right shoulder, apparently too distressed to move their vehicle. First responders arrived quickly and assessed the injured. One victim was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for further medical attention. Authorities have launched a formal investigation to determine the cause of the crash.
