Los Angeles, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 Near Van Nuys Blvd Leaves Several Injured

Los Angeles, CA (April 14, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash involving at least four vehicles caused significant delays and injuries on the northbound side of Interstate 5 near Van Nuys Boulevard on the afternoon of April 13. Around 1:27 p.m., the California Highway Patrol and Freeway Service Patrol were called to the scene where a black Honda CR-V and two black sedans had collided in the middle lanes. CHP officers diverted the vehicles to the shoulder while medical personnel assisted the injured. Multiple individuals were evaluated for injuries before they were transported to a nearby hospital for additional treatment. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the cause of the crash and are urging witnesses to come forward with any additional information.
