Los Angeles, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 S at Bdwy On-Ramp Causes Injuries

Los Angeles, CA (April 2, 2025) – A three-vehicle collision occurred Wednesday evening, April 1, on the southbound lanes of In-5 at the Broadway on-ramp, resulting in injuries. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to reports of a crash involving a brown Toyota Camry, a black Cadillac, and a white vehicle blocking multiple lanes. Emergency medical personnel arrived shortly after to assess the victims and provide aid. One individual was transported to a hospital for treatment, though the exact number of injured parties remains unclear. Traffic congestion built up rapidly in the area as authorities worked to clear the scene. The damaged vehicles were eventually removed, and normal traffic flow resumed. CHP officials are currently examining the factors that may have led to the crash.
