Los Angeles, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 South at SR170 N I5 N Connector, Injuries Reported

Los Angeles, CA (July 11, 2023) – In the early morning of July 11th, a multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred on I-5 South at the SR170 N I5 N Connector in Altadena, District 7. The incident took place on the southbound side, just south of the 170 Freeway. At 7:28 AM, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) arrived at the scene to respond to the collision.

According to reports, the incident involved four vehicles and took place on the right shoulder. The Freeway Service Patrol (FSP) Unit 34A was on site, addressing the situation.

One of the involved vehicles, a silver Honda Accord, sustained only property damage, with non-life-threatening injuries reported. The status of injuries for the other vehicles and individuals involved remains unknown at this time.
