Los Angeles, CA – Collision on I-5 S at Olympic Blvd Off-Ramp Injures One

Los Angeles, CA (April 24, 2025) – A collision involving a black SUV and another unidentified vehicle led to injuries on the morning of April 24 on the southbound I-5 at the Olympic Boulevard off-ramp in East Los Angeles. The accident occurred shortly after 12:30 a.m. and prompted a rapid response from the California Highway Patrol and local emergency medical teams.

Initial reports suggest that the SUV collided with another vehicle near the ramp, causing one of the cars to veer off course. CHP confirmed that at least one person was injured and transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation.

The crash caused a brief closure of the off-ramp while responders worked to assist victims and investigate the scene. The condition of the injured party has not been released at this time. Authorities are still gathering evidence.
