Los Angeles, CA – Two Hurt in Crash on I-5 S Near SR-60 E Connector
Los Angeles, CA (April 25, 2025) – A traffic collision involving two sedans resulted in injuries on the southbound Interstate 5 Freeway near the SR-60 East Connector on the evening of April 25 in Los Angeles. Around 9:30 p.m., a red Volkswagen Jetta and a black sedan collided, blocking several middle lanes and causing a significant disruption to traffic flow, according to the Los Angeles Police Department and California Highway Patrol (CHP). Emergency responders quickly arrived and assessed the condition of both drivers, who were able to exit their vehicles without assistance. Both individuals sustained injuries and were treated at the scene by paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department. No hospital transports were deemed necessary. An investigation is ongoing to determine the exact cause of the crash.
