Los Angeles, CA – Two Injured in Collision on I-5 Near Bandini Blvd.

Los Angeles, CA (April 23, 2025) – Two vehicles collided on the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 at the Bandini Boulevard on-ramp on Tuesday afternoon, April 22, leaving one person injured. The incident involved a commercial truck and a Ford Mustang. According to the Los Angeles County Communications Center, the crash occurred around 4:45 p.m. and was reported to be blocking the number one lane. Witnesses reported heavy damage to the Mustang, which appeared to have struck the rear section of the truck. Paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department responded promptly and provided first aid to two individuals involved in the crash. One was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Their current condition remains undisclosed. California Highway Patrol officers arrived to assess the scene and initiate an investigation into what caused the crash.
