Nedrow, NY – SB I-81 Accident Involving SUV and Trailer Leads to Injuries

Nedrow, NY (November 4, 2024) – On the morning of November 4, a crash on Southbound I-81 near Nedrow involved an SUV and a truck towing a trailer. The trailer overturned, injuring at least one person, according to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office. Emergency responders arrived after the incident was reported around 5:20 a.m. Records show that one person was taken to Upstate Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, while others received on-site evaluations. The crash scattered debris across several lanes, with one vehicle near the median and the other on the right shoulder. Crews worked to clear the debris and secure the highway, which was partially blocked. The sheriff’s office is investigating the cause of the accident.
