Newhall, CA – Four-Vehicle Crash on I-5/McBean Parkway Leaves Multiple Injured
Newhall, CA (November 3, 2025) – Several people were injured on November 3, following a four-vehicle crash on Interstate 5 South near the McBean Parkway off-ramp. The California Highway Patrol reported that the collision occurred just before 4:00 p.m. and involved a gray Hyundai Tucson, a black BMW M4, a Toyota 4Runner, and another unidentified vehicle. Witnesses stated that one of the vehicles was driving recklessly at high speeds before colliding with others. Upon impact, debris scattered across multiple lanes, forcing partial lane closures.
Emergency personnel from the Los Angeles County Fire Department provided on-site treatment for several individuals, while others were transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation. Authorities worked swiftly to clear the scene and reopen the lanes to traffic. CHP continues to investigate the cause of the crash and whether excessive speed played a role.
