Newhall, CA – Injuries in Two-Car Collision on I-5 S/San Fernando Mission Blvd.

Newhall, CA (April 15, 2025) – A two-vehicle accident occurred on the early morning of April 14 along southbound Interstate 5 at the San Fernando Mission Boulevard exit, leaving one person injured in the Newhall area. Around 12:23 a.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a crash involving a red sedan and another sedan of unknown make and color. Both vehicles came to rest in the slow lanes, prompting immediate assistance from medical teams. One person sustained injuries in the crash and was treated on-site before being taken to a nearby medical facility for additional care. The condition of the other driver has not been released. Authorities closed the affected lanes temporarily to investigate the crash and remove the wrecked vehicles.
