Newhall, CA – Injuries Reported After Two-Car Crash on I-5 S at Balboa Blvd.

Newhall, CA (April 25, 2025) – On the night of April 25th, a two-vehicle collision on the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 near Balboa Boulevard resulted in injuries and an emergency response in Newhall. According to reports from the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the accident occurred around 9:57 p.m. and involved a black Honda CR-V and a white sedan. First responders from the CHP quickly arrived at the scene and assessed the injured parties. An ambulance was dispatched to provide medical assistance to those involved who had sustained injuries and required transport to a nearby hospital for further evaluation and treatment. The severity of the injuries has not been disclosed at this time.
