Newhall, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 S/McBean Parkway Leaves Several Injured

Newhall, CA (November 4, 2025) – A serious four-vehicle crash on I-5 South near the McBean Parkway off-ramp left multiple people injured on Monday, November 3. According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the collision occurred when several vehicles, including a gray Hyundai Tucson, a black BMW M4, and a Toyota 4Runner, collided at high speed around 7:40 p.m. Emergency crews, including the Los Angeles County Fire Department, arrived promptly to provide medical assistance. At least one person was treated at the scene, while another was transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. Tow trucks were dispatched to clear the wreckage, and authorities temporarily closed the HOV and right lanes to manage the situation. CHP officers indicated that reckless high-speed driving may have contributed to the collision, but the incident remains under active investigation.
