Norwalk, CA – Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 NB at Norwalk Blvd Claims 3 Lives, 2 Injured

Norwalk, CA  (July 16, 2023) – A tragic multi-vehicle crash on the northbound I-5 in Norwalk, California early Sunday morning, July 16th resulted in the loss of three lives and left two others injured.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred shortly before 2:30 a.m. at Norwalk Boulevard. While the number of vehicles involved remains unknown, it was a significant incident with multiple vehicles affected.

Tragically, three individuals were pronounced dead at the scene, while two others were quickly transported to the hospital with their conditions currently undisclosed.

Due to the severity of the crash, several lanes on the freeway were closed, leading to traffic disruptions as emergency personnel responded to the incident. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
