Oceanside, CA – Four-Vehicle Wreck on I-5 N of La Costa Leaves Several Injured

Oceanside, CA (April 15, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision involving four cars on the southbound lanes of I-5 just north of La Costa Avenue resulted in injuries early Monday, April 14. The crash occurred around 8:23 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene and provided medical aid to multiple victims. Though the total number of injured persons has not been released, several individuals sustained injuries requiring further medical evaluation. All lanes were reopened later in the morning after an extensive response by authorities. CHP has launched an investigation into the cause of the crash.
