Oceanside, CA – Two Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on I-5/Las Pulgas Rd Off-Ramp

Oceanside, CA (April 21, 2025) – Two people were injured following a two-vehicle collision that occurred on the northbound lanes of Interstate 5 near the Las Pulgas Road off-ramp on April 21. California Highway Patrol (CHP) received reports of the crash shortly after 6:30 p.m. Paramedics responded to the scene and provided medical attention to the injured individuals. One person was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The identities of those involved have not yet been released. Authorities remained on-site to assess the cause of the crash.
