Orange Co, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 N/Red Hill Ave Leaves Two Injured

Orange County, CA (April 16, 2025) – A serious crash on I-5 North near Red Hill Avenue left two people injured after a Mercedes sedan and a Dodge Ram truck collided in the center divider on April 16. The accident was reported around 6:18 p.m., with officers from the California Highway Patrol arriving promptly at the scene. Upon arrival, both vehicles were found in the center divider with visible front-end and side damage, indicating a high-impact crash. Emergency medical teams treated the injured at the scene. Two individuals were later transported to a local hospital for further evaluation and treatment. Their injuries were reported as non-life-threatening but required medical attention. Authorities temporarily blocked several lanes to accommodate the emergency response and investigate the cause of the crash.
