Orange Co., CA – Four-Vehicle Crash on I-5/La Paz Rd. Leaves Injuries

Orange County, CA (January 28, 2026) – A four-vehicle crash occurred on I-5 southbound near the La Paz Road east on-ramp on Tuesday, resulting in reported injuries. CHP officers arrived to find one vehicle blocking the middle lane, and three others pulled to the right shoulder.

Fire personnel assisted with traffic control while paramedics evaluated occupants at the scene. At least one individual reported injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for further care. Tow trucks responded as two right lanes remained closed during cleanup.
