Orange County, CA – Two Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on I-5 N at Grand Ave.

Orange County, CA (April 21, 2025) – Two individuals were injured in a two-vehicle accident on northbound Interstate 5 near Grand Avenue in Orange County late Monday evening, April 21. The California Highway Patrol responded to the scene around 6:30 p.m. following reports of a collision between a white work truck and a dark gray Nissan Altima. Paramedics arrived shortly after and assisted the injured parties. One victim was treated at the scene, while the other was transported to a nearby medical center for further examination. Their current conditions have not been made public. The road was cleared approximately one hour later, allowing traffic to resume normal flow. Investigators are working to determine the cause of the crash.
