Portland, OR – Hit-and-Run Crash with Injuries on SB I-5/SW Capitol Hwy Exit

Portland, OR (April 28, 2025) – Authorities are investigating a hit-and-run accident with injuries that occurred on April 28 on the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 near the Southwest Capitol Highway exit, according to the Portland Police Bureau. The incident, reported as a hit-and-run, occurred before officers were notified.
