Portland, OR – Injuries After Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 at Columbia Blvd Exit

Portland, OR (April 6, 2025) – An accident involving several vehicles occurred on the northbound lanes of Interstate 5 at Exit 306A and North Columbia Boulevard on April 6, resulting in injuries. The Portland Police responded to the crash scene shortly after it was reported. Officers worked alongside other first responders to secure the area and assist victims. Although the severity of the injuries has not been officially confirmed, at least one person was seen being attended to by paramedics. It remains unclear whether additional passengers required hospitalization. Debris from the collision was scattered across multiple lanes, leading to delays as cleanup crews worked to clear the road.
