Portland, OR – Injuries Reported in NB I-5 Crash at S Macadam Ave.

Portland, OR (May 7, 2025) – On the morning of May 7, a crash involving multiple vehicles caused injuries on the northbound lanes of I-5 at South Macadam Avenue in Portland. According to the Portland Police Bureau, emergency dispatch received reports of the collision during peak morning traffic hours. Responders arrived on the scene to find several vehicles damaged and at least one person injured. Medical crews rendered aid at the site, treating one individual for injuries. Another occupant was transported to a local hospital for further examination and care. The extent of the injuries remains unknown.
