Portland, OR – Injury Crash on NB I-5/Exit 302B Leaves Injuries
Portland, OR (November 20, 2025) – An injury-causing collision on northbound I-5 near Exit 302B and the Fremont Bridge left at least one person hurt on Thursday morning, November 20. Portland police received reports of the incident shortly after it occurred, noting that several vehicles were stopped along the roadway with visible damage.
Officers arrived quickly and assessed the injured parties at the scene. One individual reportedly sustained injuries and required on-site medical evaluation, though the full extent of those injuries has not yet been released. Police temporarily restricted traffic in the area while emergency crews cleared debris and assisted those involved. Tow trucks were eventually brought in to remove the damaged vehicles from the freeway.
