Portland, OR – Injury Crash Reported on I-5 NB Near I-405 Exit Ramp

Portland, OR (April 8, 2025) – An injury collision was reported on Tuesday evening, April 8, on the northbound lanes of Interstate 5, just as vehicles approached the I-405 freeway exit in Portland. Portland Police and emergency responders were dispatched to the scene after reports of a multi-vehicle accident with injuries. Multiple individuals were reportedly injured in the crash. While the full extent of their injuries has not yet been released, on-site first aid was administered before paramedics transported the victims to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The Portland Police Department has launched an investigation into the cause of the crash.
