Portland, OR – Injury Crash Reported on I-5 SB/SW Terwilliger Blvd.
Portland, OR (November 2, 2025) – Portland Police responded to a two-vehicle collision with injuries on Sunday, November 2, on the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 near the SW Terwilliger Boulevard exit. The crash occurred around 9:15 a.m., causing significant traffic delays as officers and emergency crews arrived to assist those involved. Initial reports indicate that two vehicles collided after one driver abruptly changed lanes, resulting in a chain reaction crash.
Paramedics assessed multiple occupants at the scene, and at least one injured person was transported to a nearby Portland hospital for further medical treatment.
