Portland, OR – Injury Reported in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5/I-405 Exit Ramp

Portland, OR (April 7, 2025) – On the morning of April 7, a serious multi-vehicle accident occurred on the northbound lanes of Interstate 5 near the exit to northbound Interstate 405 Freeway in Portland, leading to at least one person being injured. According to the Portland Police, the collision took place at the connector ramp, a known high-traffic zone for merging vehicles.
