Portland, OR – One Injured in Collision on I-5 NB at SW Terwilliger Blvd.

Portland, OR (April 9, 2025) – A collision on the northbound lanes of I-5 near the SW Terwilliger Boulevard exit left one person injured on April 9th, prompting a quick response from local authorities. The crash, which involved at least two vehicles, was reported to the Portland Police Bureau just after 2:00 p.m. Officers arrived at the scene to find one of the involved individuals had sustained injuries. Paramedics treated one injured occupant at the scene before transporting them to a nearby medical facility for further care.
