Portland, OR – SB I-5 Crash at Exit 301 Causes Injuries

Portland, OR (April 28, 2025) – A serious accident with injuries occurred on April 28 on southbound Interstate 5 at Exit 301, near the connection to eastbound I-84, according to Portland Police. Emergency personnel arrived at the scene shortly after the accident was reported. Several individuals suffered injuries in the crash. First responders provided immediate on-site medical assistance to those hurt; however, none of the injuries were deemed critical enough to require hospitalization. The crash led to substantial traffic delays as authorities closed down lanes to investigate and clear the scene. Portland Police are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision and have encouraged any witnesses to come forward.
