Sacramento, CA – Amazon Semi-Truck Collides with Unknown Sedan on I-5, Injuries Reported

Sacramento, CA (July 23, 2023) – On July 23rd, a traffic collision involving an Amazon semi-truck and an unknown sedan occurred on I-5 North, just north of South Sac in District 3, Sacramento.

As of 9:44 AM, emergency responders, including the California Highway Patrol (CHP), arrived at the scene of the accident and actively attended to the situation. The responding paramedics provided necessary aid to those involved. However, the extent of the injuries remains unknown at this time.

The CHP  requested the arrival of a crew for assistance and vehicle recovery as the sedan involved was posing a traffic hazard in the slow lane, while the Amazon semi-truck was not driveable.
