Sacramento, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash on I-5 N/Sutterville Rd Leaves Injuries

Sacramento, CA (March 25, 2025) – A serious two-vehicle collision on I-5 North near Sutterville Road in South Sacramento left multiple people injured early Tuesday morning, March 25. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) arrived at the scene around 8:49 AM and confirmed that a Honda CR-V and an unidentified sedan were involved in the crash. Both vehicles sustained significant damage, and emergency responders assisted those injured at the scene. One person suffered injuries severe enough to require transportation to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation. Others were treated on-site for non-life-threatening injuries. The exact number of injured victims has not yet been disclosed. The accident led to traffic slowdowns in the area as authorities worked to investigate the cause and clear the debris.
