San Diego, CA – Motorcycle Rider Injured in Crash with Sedan on I-5 Near H St.

San Diego, CA (October 28, 2025) – A motorcyclist was injured following a collision involving a light-colored sedan on Interstate 5 near H Street on October 28. The accident occurred in the southbound lanes when the motorcycle, described as black in color, collided with the passenger vehicle for reasons still under investigation.

California Highway Patrol and San Diego Fire-Rescue units responded to the scene and found the rider down on the roadway. The victim sustained moderate injuries and was transported to a nearby medical center for treatment. The driver of the sedan remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Traffic was temporarily slowed as officials cleared the area and documented the scene.
