San Diego, CA – Traffic Collision on I-5 N Near J St.Sends One to Hospital

San Diego, CA (April 11, 2025) – A crash involving a blue Volvo and a Chevrolet Sonic occurred on northbound I-5 near J Street in the South Bay area on Friday evening, April 11, resulting in injuries. California Highway Patrol units were dispatched to the scene around 7:13 p.m. The fire department temporarily blocked the slow lane to provide space for medical assistance and to manage traffic.
