San Diego, CA – Two-Vehicle Collision Near SeaWorld on I-5 Leaves One Injured

San Diego, CA (April 3, 2025) – A two-vehicle accident on I-5 South, just north of Tecolote Road near SeaWorld, left one person injured Wednesday evening, April 2. 3The California Highway Patrol reported that the crash occurred around 5:10 PM, involving a white Jeep SUV and a white Kia.

Both vehicles came to rest in the number 2 lane. Emergency responders, including paramedics and tow truck operators, were dispatched. The injured individual was assessed on-site before being transported to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation.

Authorities have not released details on the severity of the injuries. A tow truck from Advantage Tow was called to remove the damaged Kia, and officers worked to clear debris from the roadway. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
