Santa Ana, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 N/Bake Pkwy Causes Injuries

Santa Ana, CA (January 15, 2026) – A multi-vehicle collision on I-5 northbound near Bake Parkway resulted in injuries on Thursday afternoon, January 15. According to the California Highway Patrol, officers were dispatched to the scene around 4:26 p.m. Preliminary information indicates that at least three vehicles were involved, including a white Tesla, a black sedan, and a black Mercedes-Benz GLC. A third vehicle, described as a white SUV, was also reported in the collision area.

Paramedics assessed multiple individuals at the scene. One party reported pain consistent with moderate injuries, and medical assistance was provided on-site. At least one ambulance was requested as a precaution. Tow services were dispatched to remove the damaged vehicles, and several CHP units coordinated traffic control while vehicles were moved to the right shoulder.
