Santa Ana, CA – Multi-Vehicle Rollover Crash on I-5 S/SR-55 Causes Injuries
Santa Ana, CA (November 16, 2025) – A chaotic multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 5 southbound near the SR-55 interchange caused injuries on Sunday, November 16. According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision involved multiple vehicles, including a white Honda Accord, a Ford SUV, a white Kia SUV, and a silver Toyota 4Runner that rolled onto its side, blocking multiple lanes.
Officers and Orange County Fire Authority crews evaluated several individuals at the scene. One driver declined ambulance transport, while another sustained injuries requiring hospital care. Towing operations were coordinated to upright the overturned SUV and remove other damaged vehicles.
CHP is investigating the cause of the crash and is reviewing whether speed, sudden lane changes, or vehicle conflicts contributed.
