Santa Fe Springs, CA – Collision with Injuries on I-5 N at Lakewood Blvd.

Santa Fe Springs, CA (April 22, 2025) – A three-vehicle crash occurred during late afternoon hours on April 22 along the northbound side of Interstate 5 near the Lakewood Boulevard off-ramp, leaving one person injured. According to the California Highway Patrol Los Angeles Division, the accident involved a blue hatchback, a black sedan, and a white vehicle. The crash occurred in the slow lane, causing significant traffic congestion as CHP officers responded at approximately 4:52 p.m. First responders assessed injuries at the scene and confirmed that the injured person required immediate medical attention. An ambulance was dispatched and transported the injured individual to a local hospital. No life-threatening injuries have been confirmed at this time, but further updates are pending. Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
