Stockton, CA – Big Rig Collision on I-5/Benjamin Holt Drive Leaves One Injured
Stockton, CA (April 24, 2025) – A two-truck crash on northbound I-5 in Stockton caused injuries late Tuesday night, April 22nd. The California Highway Patrol received reports of the incident just after 10:15 p.m. near the Benjamin Holt Drive exit. Two big rigs were involved in the collision, leading to one individual sustaining injuries at the scene. Emergency response teams, including Stockton Police and local medical crews, arrived promptly to provide aid. The injured person was treated on-site and later transported to a nearby hospital for further medical evaluation. The crash led to delays along I-5 as authorities worked to safely clear the scene and manage traffic. One lane was temporarily shut down to allow emergency responders to work safely. Investigators are still working to determine what led to the collision. The identities of the drivers have not yet been released.
