Stockton, CA – Injuries Reported in I-5 N Collision Involving Two Vehicles

Stockton, CA (April 16, 2025) – On the evening of April 16th, a two-vehicle collision involving a Honda Accord and a semi-truck took place on the northbound lanes of I-5 near the El Dorado Street off-ramp in Stockton. California Highway Patrol officers arrived on the scene shortly after 6:14 p.m. and confirmed that the collision resulted in injuries. Paramedics were dispatched and provided immediate on-site care to at least one injured occupant from the smaller vehicle. The extent of the injuries is currently unknown, but it was confirmed that the injured person was transported to a nearby medical facility for further treatment and evaluation. Officers from the Stockton Police Department and CHP are continuing to investigate the circumstances leading to the crash.
