Stockton, CA – Injuries Reported in Three-Vehicle Collision on I-5 in Stockton, District 10

Stockton, CA (September 9, 2023) – On the evening of September 9th, a traffic collision occurred on Interstate 5 in Stockton, District 10, resulting in injuries to those involved.

The collision involved two vehicles, a white Subaru and a gray sedan, with the gray sedan possibly leaking gas, posing a traffic hazard in the slow lane. Additionally, it was reported that there was a third vehicle involved, two blocks away from the initial scene.

At around 8:10 p.m., the California Highway Patrol (CHP) arrived at the scene to respond to the incident which was determined to be a two-vehicle accident. CHP Unit B62-504 confirmed that there was one party awaiting paramedic assistance. The injured party complained of chest pain.

The situation remains under investigation by authorities, with the Manteca Police Department arriving at the scene to provide further assistance. At this time, there is no additional information available regarding the accident.
