Stockton, CA – Semi-Truck Crash on I-5 N Near Eight Mile Rd. Leaves Multiple Injured

Stockton, CA (April 10, 2025) – A serious multi-vehicle crash involving two semi-trucks and a pickup truck occurred on the northbound side of I-5 near the Eight Mile Road on-ramp on the evening of April 10, resulting in multiple injuries. According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at approximately 8:16 p.m. Emergency personnel arrived shortly afterward and found the vehicles heavily damaged, blocking multiple lanes. Several individuals sustained injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals for further medical care. One of the semi-trucks appeared to have jackknifed during the collision, which contributed to the severity of and traffic obstruction. Tow crews were called to the scene to remove the vehicles and clear the extensive debris from the roadway. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
