Stockton, CA – Traffic Collision on I-5 South at Monte Diablo Ave Offramp, Injuries Reported

Stockton, CA (July 8, 2023) – On the evening of July 8th, a traffic collision with injuries occurred on the southbound lanes of I-5, just south of the Monte Diablo Ave offramp in Stockton, California.

The accident occurred at around 10:16 p.m., prompting the arrival of the California Highway Patrol (CHP) at the scene. At the scene, the CHP Unit C62-503, along with CHP Unit 62-801, reported two vehicles involved in the collision, including a black Honda Accord and an unidentified second vehicle that was some distance away. The officer arrived and assisted one of the parties in moving their vehicle.

Responding paramedics transported the injured parties to the hospital. Details regarding injuries sustained in the accident are currently unknown.
