Stockton, CA – Two-Vehicle Collision on I-5 N/SR-4 West Off-Ramp with Injuries

Stockton, CA (January 29, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision on I-5 northbound near the SR-4 west off-ramp left multiple individuals injured on Thursday afternoon, January 29. The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the crash involved a gray sedan and a box truck. Both vehicles ended up in the center divider, and officers assisted occupants until ambulances arrived.

Injured parties were transported to nearby medical facilities for further evaluation. Tow trucks were called to remove the damaged vehicles, and the roadway reopened after lanes were cleared. Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
